Thank you so much for shopping with Lynlee Blair’s Bows! Each piece in our collection is handmade with love, care, and attention to every little detail. As a small business, we take pride in creating special, one-of-a-kind items designed to bring joy to you and your little ones.

Because of the nature of our products, all sales are final.


🚫 All Sales Are Final

Due to the handmade and often personalized nature of our bows and accessories, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. Once an order is placed, it goes straight into production and cannot be modified or canceled. This allows us to maintain quality, keep turnaround times quick, and continue offering unique products at fair prices.


🎀 But We’re Human, Too

While our official policy is that all sales are final, we also understand that life happens — and so do unexpected situations. Our goal is always to provide a positive experience and ensure you feel taken care of.

If something is wrong with your order — whether it arrived damaged, was missing an item, or something just doesn’t seem right — we want to hear about it. Each situation is handled on a case-by-case basis, and exceptions may be made at our discretion.

If you believe your order qualifies for an exception, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at support@lynleeblairsbows.com. To help us resolve things quickly, include:

  • Your full name and order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos if the item arrived damaged or incorrect

We promise to review your message with care and do our best to make it right — even if it means bending the policy when it’s truly needed.
